Aleto Auto dismantling website is a convenient online store for spare parts. You can find the part you need by:
- using the search by name or part number;
- through a convenient catalog of used original and new non-original parts.
Site Search
The search bar is available on every page of the website next to the menu section. Enter the part name or catalog number and press Enter or the "Magnifying Glass" icon. The site will redirect you to the search results page, where you can sort the results by condition or availability.
Parts Catalog for American Cars
The parts catalog allows you to find the necessary part if you are unsure of its name or do not know the manufacturer's number. The catalog is organized in a hierarchy of groups and subgroups of parts.
Search in the catalog is available from several places:
- from the main page of the website in the block below the main menu
- from the "dismantling" menu item
- Select a car from the list
- Select a group of parts
On the parts group page, you can refine your search by selecting a subgroup or find the part in the general list of parts in the group.
Purchasing Parts on the Website
If you have found the part you need, you can add it to the cart by clicking the "Buy" button:
- on the page with the list of parts
- or directly on the page with a detailed description of the part
After selecting all the necessary parts, go to the cart and enter your contact information. After placing the order, a manager will contact you to confirm the order.
Question: Are discounts provided to company clients?
We have a discount system based on the order amount:
- from $80 to $500 - 1% discount,
- up to $1000 - 2%,
- up to $2000 - 3%,
- for orders over $2000, the discount is calculated individually.
When ordering from the website, the discount amount is automatically calculated in the cart.
Question: Is it possible to select parts by VIN number of the car?

Question: Where does the company operate?
The company sells parts to customers in Ukraine and Moldova. Unfortunately, we do not ship goods to other countries.
Question. How can one receive parts?
The parts purchased from us can be delivered in various ways, depending on the customer's location.
1. Moldova
Parts can be picked up in person at the address: Tiraspol, Gogol Street 2a.
2. Ukraine
- Pick-up point in Odessa, Malinovsky district, Stolbova Street 15g.
- Pick-up point in Kyiv, Podil district, Novomostytska 25, garage cooperative, box "Volks garage".
- When placing an order, the part is taken to the pick-up point from the warehouse, and you can pick it up at your convenience.
- We also use the services of the Nova Poshta transport company, which delivers goods to various cities in Ukraine. The delivery costs will depend on the number of parts ordered.
- For oversized and body parts, we require a prepayment for the delivery of the goods. In other cases, we work without prepayment.
Question: How can purchased parts be paid for?
Currently, we work with the Nova Poshta transport company, which allows sending goods with "cash on delivery" option. Each of our clients receives a waybill number and can track whether the goods have arrived at the agreed pick-up point. Upon arrival at this point, the entire package can be inspected, and after checking on the spot, the order can be paid for.
We send oversized parts and body parts with a prepayment to a bank card. The remaining amount can be paid using the same "cash on delivery" option or paid for the entire order with a bank card after inspecting it at the Nova Poshta branch, and we will cancel the "cash on delivery" so that you can receive the package.
When placing an order on our website, there is an option to pay for everything in the cart with a bank card by providing all the necessary details. Upon order confirmation, we will approve the payment and send the necessary items to the address.

The company dismantles cars of more than 100 models, including:

Question. What is the quality of used parts at our dismantling yard?
All parts that arrive at the warehouse are inspected by defect inspectors for damage (scratches, chips, missing parts). Of course, our company provides warranties that allow you to install the part on your car and test it during the operation of your vehicle. The warranty period is 14 days for all parts, as well as 30 days for assemblies and gearboxes.
If there are defects in the parts, the customer can see photos before ordering to ensure that this option suits them.
Question: What can be said about the quality of non-original parts from China?
Non-original parts have an excellent price-quality ratio.
As for body parts, each option for a specific model has been pre-installed on a car to see how the part fits, what clearances remain, and whether there are any differences from the original.
All fasteners have been checked to match bolt connections and insertion clip locations.
The parts have performed well on cars, so we can confidently offer our customers quality Chinese analogs of American parts.
Question: Is it possible to return goods?
Aleto Auto company provides warranty periods for all parts starting from 2 weeks (14 days) from the date of purchase. For assemblies and gearboxes, the warranty starts from a month (30 days). Within this period, anyone can return the part.
It is also possible to extend these periods to 2 months (60 days) by paying 10% of the order value.
Question: Which products are eligible for return, and which are not?
All orders sent by us can be returned when the following conditions are met:
• our signatures are present - the name or article number;
• the part does not have additional damage (chips, cracks) other than those already present;
• the part has not been opened (electronic control units, assembled gearboxes, assemblies, drives, assembled interior parts);
• if there are photos and videos explaining the reason for the return;
• the warranty period has not been exceeded (from 14 days).
Question: What does the user need to do to return the goods?
If the warranty periods have not expired, the customer can fill out a return form provided by their assigned manager. After filling it out, the part can be sent back.
Question: What are the return timelines?
Once a return request is processed, and the goods are received by us, our employees inspect it for defects or replacement of the part with another. If the part meets the requirements, the money for that part will be refunded in due course. The specific timelines depend on several factors:
• How quickly the transport company sends the part to us.
• Whether the conditions are violated and if the part matches what was sent to the customer initially.
• Time for processing the payment to the customer.
Question: Who pays for the transportation expenses related to the order?
If all parts meet the requirements, then all transportation costs are paid by the customer.
If the condition of the parts does not match what was agreed upon during the order, the customer can refuse payment, and the parts in general during inspection.
When the package has been accepted and paid for, and the customer wants to return it, the transportation payment is as follows:
• on the customer if the goods fully match what was agreed upon during the order
• on the company if the goods do not meet the requirements (car make and model, part damage, side, color, catalog number, etc.)
